VOiCE Software Support Videos 

VOiCE is planning and recording software that assists individuals, organisations and partnerships to design and deliver effective community engagement. The system will enable all users to use a common approach to plan, monitor and evaluate community engagement practice.  In relation to particular community engagement initiatives, VOiCE will support users to:

  • Monitor progress in implementing your plan. 

  • Evaluate the process and outcomes.

How to use VOiCE

 

 VOiCE Software Overview 

This video will provide an overview of the VOiCE software and explain the 3 sections Plan, Do and Review. 11 mins 

 

VOiCE – Plan 

Overview of planning an engagement process using the VOiCE Software.  The video explains how to navigate the tool, some of the key features and how to produce an engagement document at the end of the section. This video also explains how to add colleagues and partners to an engagement. 20 mins 

 
 

VOiCE – Do 

The Do section supports users to record the progress of the engagement based on what you said in the plan.  It will record what has worked or any issues which have arisen. 7 mins 

 

VOiCE – Review 

The video explains the Review process.  The self-evaluation questions will support users to assess the community engagement process and to explain what worked and what issues have arisen.  Users are encouraged to score their performance against the National Standards for Community Engagement and to capture some of the learning points from the process. 19 mins
